Banners depicting illegal content (unlicensed weapons sales, controlled substances) trigger removal. Misleading server-purpose banners — a gaming server posing as something else — get demoted on Discovery. The preset preserves whatever is in the source upload; the licensing and Community Guidelines compliance are the community admin's responsibility, not the preset's.
